Of Course, When You Really Think About It…

Joe Solmonese actually is the perfect person to be the head of a political party’s national convention that is being held in the state of Wisconsin.

After all, Wisconsin is the ONLY remaining state with a gay rights law that does not include trans people along with LGBs.

I guess the only surprise is that Elizabeth Birch, Winnie Stachelberg and Liz Seaton weren’t also announced as his official posse.

Is Cosmopolitan UK Going to Remove This Example of Group Libel Now That The Source Admits It Is False?

UK ‘journalism‘…

Murderer Ian Huntley wants to change gender so he can live in a women’s prison

…certainly seems to be TERF-infected.

The now-proven-false story of that particular male inmate allegedly desiring to transition was not merely false, not merely inflammatory against that particular inmate but instead an act of group libel against all trans people everywhere – created, perpetrated and propagated with the sole intent of driving negative publicity against all trans people everywhere, but particularly against trans women.

“TERF” is No More of a Slur to TERFs than “NATO” is to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization

The words the letters T, E, R and F represent are a substantive description of what TERFs are and want.

Buying the false claim that “TERF” is a slur is tantamount to siding with TERFs and their bigotry.

But, if you claim that the application of “TERF” to you is a slur, then you must disavow at least one component of the term as applied to you – you know, somewhat akin to crushing at least one element of a cause of action in order to get a case tossed on summary judgment.

So, lets get to the analysis…

Are you seriously claiming that “Trans-Excluding” – the “T” and the “E” – do not apply to you?

Well, because you defamatorily assert that trans women are men you want to exclude trans women from certain spaces, right? If so, how precisely do you credibly deny that “Trans-Excluding” applies to you?

We’re halfway there.

Want to quit while you’re behind?

Are you claiming that “Radical Feminist” (and or RadFem) does not apply to you?

This is a bit trickier – though only a bit.

GOP women certainly won’t claim it (except selectively – namely to get on TV to bash women’s equality; I’m looking at YOU Kellyanne Conjob!). But as for the reminder of the TERFs…

Don’t all of you wear “RadFem” like a crown?

So…

That’s a “T,” an “E,” an “R,” and an “F.”

TERF!

So, TERFs, you’ve lost your case, conclusively.

So much so that an assertion by a TERF (which, as we’ve just proven, is not a slur) that “TERF” is a slur should be regarded as legally defamatory to the person accurately applying “TERF” (which, again, as we’ve just proven, is not a slur) to the TERF (which, to repeat, is not a slur.)

The Obstruction of (Mrs.) Justice

Currently, two men occupy seats on the U.S. Supreme Court who, under no circumstances, should ever be referred to as “Justice.” Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh acquired their seats through multiple, interwoven forms of illegality. Nothing they say or write should ever be respected as having come from the Supreme Court.

Which brings us to Clarence Thomas.

He committed perjury to gain his seat, but most people view the process in which that perjury occurred to have been at least somewhat legitimate. G.H.W. Bush technically won a presidential election – Lee Atwater and Willie Horton notwithstanding – and Thomas actually did receive a majority vote in the Senate.

Which brings us to his wife.

President Trump met last week with a delegation of hard-right activists led by Ginni Thomas, the wife of Justice Clarence Thomas, listening quietly as members of the group denounced transgender people and women serving in the military before accusing White House aides of blocking Trump supporters from getting jobs in the administration, according to three people with direct knowledge of the events.

It is unusual for the wife of a sitting Supreme Court justice to have such a meeting with the president, and some close to Mr. Trump said it was inappropriate for Ms. Thomas to have asked for a meeting with the head of a different branch of government.

Ms. Thomas, whose group, Groundswell, meets weekly, joined others in prayer at the start of the meeting, and some members of the group prayed at different points as the meeting continued. At one point, Mr. Trump pulled in his daughter Ivanka, a West Wing adviser, saying she would be beloved if she were serving a liberal president, instead of getting negative news coverage.

One woman in the group argued that women should not serve in the military because they do not have the physical capacity that men do, according to the people familiar with the events.

This isn’t the first time her unabashed hatred for people who do not believe exactly as she does has become disturbingly evident.

Or the second…

Or the third…

No anti-trans ruling that emerges from a Supreme Court that contains Clarence Thomas as a deciding fifth vote should be respected as a valid holding by a Supreme Court majority.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Has a TERF Infection

From PghLesbian:

The phrase ‘a new low’ seems inadequate to describe the mean-spirited, churlish, vicious, nasty, hateful bitterness of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Editorial Board. But writing out that serious of descriptive words repeatedly is equally insufficient to capture the true evil this Board has embraced.

This week, they published this scathing indictment of Twitter’s new speech policies with their own frightening anti-trans rhetoric and dog whistling. Coming just weeks after the Federal Government has begun to dismantle federal recognition of the humanity and rights of transgender Americans, this is disturbing on multiple levels.

Christianist Hatemongers Admit to Their Fraud in Their Attempt to Kill Civil Rights in Massachusetts

I refuse to provide a direct link to any hate group’s site, but if you want to type it in on your own, here it is:

It can also be found here:

So…

What will you find there?

The rallying cry of the pro-family groups trying to repeal the law was the well-known “bathroom safety” argument – that in addition to transgenders, this law allows male sexual predators to lurk in women’s restrooms to prey on girls and women. This was technically true, but was largely contrived.

Contrived…

MA-LS-2

Translated: They made it up…

Just like trans people have been saying christianists and TERFs (not that there is any substantive difference between the two anymore) have been doing for years.

History repeats itself

Over a decade ago when LGBT movement took the “gay marriage” battles into the state legislatures, and later into the federal courts, the major pro-family groups tried a similar strategy. As we reported at the time, they refused to argue that homosexuality was immoral, had terrible health risks, was fraught with addiction and mental health problems, etc.

Instead, they concocted less offensive arguments such as, “Every child needs a father and a mother” and “the word ‘marriage’ is special” – and used them almost exclusively. It actually worked for a little while. But while technically true, before long they were easily picked apart by the LGBT lobby, and they began their string of wins. Nevertheless, on every level the pro-family lawyers and lobbyists refused to budge from that approach. Without any credible opposing arguments, the “gay marriage” push cruised to victories right up to the US Supreme Court. It was a shameful display of legal malpractice.

Now with the “transgender anti-discrimination” bills the same thing is happening. Our side concocted the “bathroom safety” male predator argument as a way to avoid an uncomfortable battle over LGBT ideology, and still fire up people’s emotions. It worked in Houston a few years ago.

But the LGBT lobby has now figured out how to beat it.

Concocted…

They dreamed it up…

which means they need to look in the mirror when they talk about people being delusional.

They made it up…

which means they committed actionable defamation against the entirety of the trans community.

They fabricated it…

which means they committed fraud – because they raised money off of it.

They invented it…

which means, like all professional con artists, they’ll just try again to invent something that might actually work just a little bit longer – just long enough for them to fully cash out and crawl away.

They lied…

which means they have conclusively demonstrated how little they care about the christian values that they claim they are battling to preserve by inflicting on everyone via force of law…

which means when next any of them appear in any forum – governmental or media – to speak in opposition to our civil rights, they should be vocally pummeled with “LIAR!” until they physically fall to pieces.

Its up to us to ensure that they don’t even come as close as they did this time to achieving their bigoted dreams.

But it is also up to legitimate media to bring their admission up – and place it front and center – any time that any christianisTERF squats in front of a camera or a microphone to bleat about the next fictional terror that they attribute to the existence of trans people (particularly trans women.)

“TERF” is not a slur now because it never was.

The same is true for “christianist.”

Philadelphia Gay News Lets Cis Transphobic Lesbian Write About Trans Issues While Better-Qualified Trans Writers Remain Unemployed – Again

And the money shot?

BrownstainTrumpCo

She couldn’t be bothered to include any words from any of the trans people who would be directly affected by TrumpCo’s smells-like-TERF-spirit policy.
