The REAL Problem With “Tranny”

I truly get the concerns of people over language-policing.

I truly appreciate the desire of individuals to use whatever language they desire for themselves.

I get it.

I really do.

However, lets get something clear: Even if the word “tranny” did not currently exist and had never existed at all, there would still be a reason to oppose the deification of Mr. Ru Paul Charles and his televised garbage

Dayton mayor to perform gay ‘marriage’ ceremony for Pride

RuPaul Drag Race stars Bianca Del Rio and Courtney Act to appear locally.

…namely, the ability of Gay, Inc. – whether national or local – to claim to be trans-inclusive by tokenly utilizing the one thing that employers in the real world fear when even contemplating the idea of a trans employee.

[Randy] Phillips [president of the Greater Dayton LGBT Center] said Pride celebrations began to remember the historic 1969 Stonewall gay rights riots in New York and individual rights.

“Gay people come from all walks of life, economic groups and professions from doctors and lawyers to the janitors,” he said.

I am curious…

What’s the likelihood of a middle-aged trans woman attorney being allowed to earn a living as the president of the Greater Dayton LGBT Center?  After all, according to the clearest of actions of Dayton Pride – designed to communicate a clear message to the overall populace of Dayton (and Ohio) – trans women can only be drag queens.

Mr. Ru Paul Charles apparently deriving an abusive sexual thrill by using the word “tranny” only adds to the now-45-year-old insult.
