The Gay-Only Disease Metastacizes

Clearly, I’m not cynical enough.

Or, maybe the impending repeal of the special right of gays and lesbians to discriminate against trans people in Maryland blinded me.

After Gay New Hampshire, Inc. ramrodded into law the gay want of marriage instead of the basic economic and social needs of trans people, my money had been on Gay New Hampshire, Inc. next going for legislation prohibiting discrimination against either X users and/or ex-pat Boston NAMBLA members or those within Gay New Hampshire, Inc. who own specific types of gentrified dogs.

But, again…

I guess I’m just not cynical enough.

From Joelle Ruby Ryan via Facebook:

The state that I live in, NH, is currently considering a constitutional amendment to ban discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation. But guess what? It does not include gender identity and expression. And we are the only state in New England that does not have a simple law banning discrimination on the basis of gender identity/expression. So, according to cisgender gay man David Pierce, it is more important to further enshrine sexual orientation protections than work for trans people to even have basic rights. This is an absolute outrage! More evidence of the virulent transphobia and exclusionary tactics by cis gay men and lesbians.

But wait, there’s more.

From NH Public Radio (which, thanks to the current gay-manufactured state of the law in New Hampshire, can – along with every other employer in New Hampshire – hang a ‘Trans Scum Need Not Apply’ sign on its door ):

A constitutional amendment that aims to prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation went before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday.

State law already bans discrimination based on sexual orientation on issues such as housing and employment.

But Senator David Pierce, a Democrat, says New Hampshire should be the first state to enshrine that same type of protection for gays and lesbians in its constitution.

We want to bring New Hampshire out of the 18th century and into the 21st and recognize that all individuals have certain natural rights.”

because the married gays and lesbians in New Hampshire who have reserved for themselves the special right to discriminate against trans people are sooooooooooooooooooooooo put upon.

Why, yes.  We must spare no expense – and we absolutely must ignore all needs of trans people – to rescue the poor, put-upon gays and lesbians of New Hampshire from their Puritan-era hell.  After all, a day never passes when I don’t hear about gay men being hanged in Concord after being convicted of common law sodomy.  And it was just last week that I watched an MSNBC ‘Lockup’ marathon that exclusively featured lesbians being dragged to the Portsmouth town square to be pilloried in the stocks.

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

RELATING TO: natural rights.

PROVIDING THAT: discrimination based on sexual orientation is prohibited.

Be it Resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring, that the

Constitution of New Hampshire be amended as follows:

I. That article 2 of the first part of the constitution be amended to read as follows:

[Art.] 2. [Natural Rights.] All [men] individuals have certain natural, essential, and inherent rights – among which are, the enjoying and defending life and liberty; acquiring, possessing, and protecting, property; and, in a word, of seeking and obtaining happiness. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by this state on account of race, creed, color, sex [or], national origin, or sexual orientation.

II. That the above amendment proposed to the constitution be submitted to the qualified voters of the state at the state general election to be held in November, 2014.

Anyone who does not actively oppose Pierce’s monstrosity is a transphobic bigot.

And Pierce himself?

I don’t care if he eventually does the right thing and makes this proposal legitimate (a la what might currently be being done to the gay-only bill in Nebraska.)  The mere act of proposing constitution-level enshrinement of gay superiority over trans people in New Hampshire while that state’s statutory law continues to give gays and lesbians the special right to discriminate against trans people is unforgivable, emblematic of the disgusting actual attitude of Gay, Inc., toward trans people (never to be confused with the fraudulent, fake Jenny Boylan/Jay Brown/Kylar Broadus/Allyson Robinson ‘inclusivity’ that Gay, Inc. wants trans people – and gullible LGBs – to believe is somehow something other than 1000% fake.)
